This privacy policy applies between you, the User of this Website and philstrading.uk, the owner and provider of this Website. philstrading.uk takes the privacy of your information very seriously. This privacy policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us or provided by you in relation to your use of the Website.

This privacy policy applies only to the actions of philstrading.uk trading as a sole trader as Online services (philstrading.uk) and Users with respect to this Website. Where on of our sites is for organisational purposes, the organisational needs for communication will utilise email marketing tools that comply with GDPR requirements for data protection and consent and will provide a means of opt out, however part of belonging to any organisation requires the ability to communicate with organisation members and it is not in the users interest to opt out of organisational emails usually, however you retain the right to do so via links on the emails.

We do not share your information with anyone. Where organisationlal sites are used feedback venues may use feedback anonymously for purpose of sharing staff member views. this informatin will always remain anonymous and no recognisable personal data is shared with 3rd parties.

b. we store your Data on secure servers.
We do not store any debit or credit card information electronically whatsoever. Where provided verbally by yourself for the purpose of a transaction, it is immediately destroyed after the transaction is processed, this is however rare and mmost transactions are carried out by users trough the cart options.
